After DME 6055 cleared Meriden, ICE 6448 asked for a warrant from MP 77 to 99. Bob and I were by Meriden, and he made the call to go to Owatonna. After a short wait, a nice looking pair of ICE units rounded the curve, horn blowing and all. This is a really neat place to shoot stuff at, when something rolls by. Picture taken from HD video. |

After shooting this train in Owatonna, we saw it again at Waseca after the crew died on the hours. It was great to hear the hum of two SD40-2s idling away in the afternoon. This line is like a step back in time. |
